Autoclaving can be the best as it is much safe than UV Sterilization. Huge exposure to UV may damage the sample or eny equipment while autoclaving just involves pressurized heat.

Autoclaving is best method of sterilization, using pressurised steam to heat the material to be sterilised. This is a very effective method that kills all microbes, spores and viruses, although, for some specific bugs, especially high temperatures or incubation times are required.

Many autoclaves are used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to pressurized saturated steam at 121 °C (250 °F) for around 15–20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents.
